Our team of OD specialists, L&D consultants, actor-facilitators and leadership coaches bring expertise, agility and experience to create learning environments that inspire, challenge and energise.

An OD and L&D expert with 17 years in the field, Komal founded ManagementbyArts to nurture future leaders and build resilient organisations. She works with a diverse range of tools—such as theatre, outdoors, psychometric profiling, Lego Serious Play—to create impactful learning interventions. Komal’s focus lies in designing transformative development journeys and enabling human-centred workplaces.

With 20 years of experience in theatre and communications, Yuki is an executive coach who empowers leaders globally. She designs and facilitates programmes in executive presence, storytelling, feedback skills and cross-cultural communication. Yuki’s work inspires leaders to drive meaningful change for themselves, their clients and teams.

A seasoned theatre practitioner, Gerish brings 15 years of experience in acting, directing and teaching to his facilitation. He focuses on enhancing communication, collaborative dialogue and leadership presence, creating spaces for authenticity and growth.

Anuja, a veteran theatre artist and facilitator, uses her deep expertise to help leaders build authentic presence, cultivate strong relationships and drive inclusion. She combines her artistry with insightful facilitation to enable impactful, authentic leadership.

An instructional designer and coach, Kurian partners with ManagementbyArts to design programmes on leadership presence, entrepreneurial leadership and manager-employee conversations. He brings a keen focus on workplace application and impact fuelled by his two decades of entrepreneurial experience.

Kriti, a facilitator and theatre artist with over two decades in the field, focuses on high-impact communication, DEI and leadership development. She delivers impactful sessions on topics ranging from cultural sensitivity to mental health, making her a key resource for our inclusion centred work.

With a background in theatre and writing, Pooja helps design and deliver programmes under the umbrella of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. A student of psychology and an alternative healing practitioner, she has over 12 years of experience in facilitation and uses her intuition and insight to create safe spaces that allow for self-reflection and personal growth.

Our operations manager seamlessly blends creativity and organisation to ensure every production runs flawlessly. With a rich and varied background that includes sound artistry, finance, scuba diving, coral conservation and dog behaviourism, Ashel brings a unique and multifaceted perspective that deeply influences her work.
