Inclusive Workplaces

Initiatives that go beyond compliance to create inclusive cultures.

Our DEI initiatives focus on creating an environment where bias is acknowledged and addressed, privilege is recognised and fairness is ingrained into decision-making processes.

Any Diversity, Equity and Inclusion journey starts with building awareness. Our primary offering focuses on creating the foundation for DEI. We take this a step further with our next offering which supports managers and leaders to develop key skills that build inclusive cultures. Our Elite offering focuses specifically on empowering women leaders to shine.

Understanding Workplace Biases: Impact, Awareness and Action

Our foundation programme outlines why DEI practices are essential to your business and how it can positively impact it in myriad ways. It is a customised offering that can be tailored to specific groups—organisational heads, male employees, female employees, recent hires, individual departments and others—depending on your needs. With a focus on tackling real challenges and detailing actionable steps, it creates awareness on why DEI is important from each group’s unique perspective.

In these sessions we explore the following questions:

  • Is DEI important to you?
  • Why is having a diverse workforce a great thing?
  • What is Unconscious Bias?
  • What is a Microaggression?
  • Can you speak up?

Managers & Team Leaders

Equipping managers and leaders with skills to promote inclusion

A diverse workplace isn’t necessarily an inclusive one. Creating a culture of inclusion is about building something far deeper and meaningful—where everyone at the table feels represented and has a sense of belonging. Crafted for managers and leaders, this programme enables one to consciously build practices that support safety and acceptance of differences. By exploring the thought that “change comes from within”, the power of this programme lies in how it facilitates leaders to introspect and discover ways to champion inclusion through their own actions.

  1. Unveiling Inclusivity: Deciphering Biases and Microaggressions
  2. Establishing Foundations: Cultivating Safe Spaces
  3. Leading with an Inclusive Mindset: Implementing Best Practices
